DWS Wind Turbine Service Sp. z o.o. provides professional maintenance and repair services in the wind sector, in particular in the field of wind farms, making the highest efforts in terms of quality, safety and environment.
Continuous building of a safety culture, awareness of environmental protection and ensuring the service in accordance with the highest quality standards is a priority for the Management Board.
The top management of DWS undertakes to provide all the necessary measures and resources to ensure that the work is performed with the highest possible quality, while ensuring the protection of the health and life of its own and other people’s employees and respect for the natural environment.
This obligation will be implemented in particular through:
• Continuous monitoring of its legal and other requirements, with consideration to customer requirements in terms of quality, safety and environment, and immediate action to meet them;
• Providing specialised trainings to all employees so that the works they carry out ensure the highest quality of workmanship, the highest level of safety and have a minimum impact on the natural environment;
• Using the best technical solutions, including machines, tools and devices used to carry out the work;
• Work control by supervisory staff with specialist knowledge;
• Thorough analysis of all events related to quality, safety or the environment;
• Consultation and involvement of employees or their representatives;
• The continual improvement of the Integrated Management System.
