- Introduction
The Code of Conduct of DWS Wind Turbine Service Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: “the Company”) sets forth the ethical principles and standards of conduct applicable to all management board members, employees, associates, business partners, and any other persons acting on behalf of the Company. Our goal is to conduct business in an honest, responsible, and legally compliant manner, in line with the best market practices.
2. Integrity and Legal Compliance
– We act in compliance with applicable Polish, EU, and international laws in all countries where we operate. – Participation in any form of corruption, bribery, fraud, or conflicts of interest is strictly prohibited. – All business decisions are made in good faith, with due regard to the interests of the Company and its clients.

– The Company promotes respect, equal treatment, and a culture of collaboration. Discrimination, bullying, or any form of abuse will not be tolerated. – Every employee has the right to a safe and healthy working environment. – Each team member is obligated to protect confidential information related to the Company and its partners.

8. Reporting Violations and Whistleblower Protection
– We encourage reporting of any breaches of this Code or applicable laws. – All reports should be submitted directly to the President of the Management Board via their current email address, as indicated in the Company’s internal documentation. – The Company guarantees protection for whistleblowers and does not tolerate retaliation against those who report violations.
